Tom (AMICDA), Co-Founder, President and Executive Director (CEO).

Tom Conley is a very dedicated community-minded person who has a great work ethic. He has extensive and vast experience in leadership and management within the Not-for-Profits and Charities ranging from military; health; community; justice; social; well-being; animal welfare and many other forms of service organisations.

Tom's work and organisations that he is currently active and supports:

  • Diverse Community and Social Services Australia Inc. (DCSS Australia Inc.), which he holds the position's of "President, Executive Managing Director and Co-Founder", DCSS Australia is also formally known as LGBTIQ – Support & Protection Services Inc., which Tom joined and supported since 2014.

  • Lions Clubs International (Victoria), which he holds the positions of "LEO Club Program Coordinator and Club Public Relations Chair"; he has also held the following past positions within Lions Clubs International (Victoria): "Youth of the Year (Youth Speaking Competition) Chairperson and District Succession Advisor", Tom joined the Lions Clubs International organisation in 2017.

  • LEO Clubs International (Victoria), which he holds the positions of "Program Coordinator and Club President", which Tom is a Charter member and was the founder the club under the banner of Lions Clubs International, where he helps young people become community leaders and serve their local communities by gaining Leadership - Experience and Opportunities, which he has been involved with since 2019.

  • Celebrating Abilities Inc. which he holds the position of "Governance Advisor" to the President and Founder, Celebrating Abilities is a health, fitness and rehabilitation service, which is registered Charity in Melbourne which helps support physical and mental health disadvantaged people to gain their skills; strength and health, which he has been involved with since 2017.

  • Women into Leadership, which he holds the position of "Leadership Consultant" where he helps support passionate women; young leaders and entrepreneurs with skills, experience, knowledge and opportunities to get into leadership roles in all sectors, positions, and opportunities, which he has been involved within since 2019.

  • Active LEO Clubs International Charter Member and Club President, since 2019;

  • Active Lions Clubs International Member, since 2017;

  • Voting member of Fitzroy Legal Services;

  • Voting member of Eastern Community Legal Services;

  • Currently holds the post-nominals and membership of AMICDA (Associate Member of the Institute of Community Directors), since 2018;

  • Candidate for Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Criminology (BASocSc) through Swinburne University


George (CFA, BCOMM), Board Member - Vice President

George joined DCSS Australia in 2019 and is the NSW State Director and is predominantly responsible for advising and overseeing the organisation's investment strategy and finance matters in NSW. George has over 8 years’ experience within the private sector, working for both large corporations and small business across the accounting, financial service and governance industries. He is passionate about empowering all people to reach their true potential regardless of the obstacles, as well as providing supportive environments for vulnerable communities. George is a CFA Charter holder and holds and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Bachelor of Arts (History) from the University of New South Wales.


Niti (CPA, MBA), Board Member - Finance Delegate

Niti is a first-generation immigrant who came to Australia 25 years ago for love. As an MBA/CPA, she has built a career specialising in taxation, planning and analysis across the NFP, pharmaceuticals and placement services sector. While Niti has not been subjected to direct discrimination, she has observed bias come in the way of success for many others from diverse backgrounds. Niti would like to be part of the movement that helps to level the playing field for people of all backgrounds in Australia. Niti is passionate about education for all and believes that an educated society is the key to bringing about a progressive change. She is a volunteer scribe for high school students with learning disabilities and an occasional baker. Once a week, the staff at the casualty department at her local hospital are the beneficiaries of her baking experiments.
